T8 Design Ltd was commissioned to convert a derelict agricultural barn in Cheshire into a spacious modern family home. Overseeing the entire project, from architectural design and planning to construction and project management, we transformed the barn while preserving its original charm.
The design retained key features such as high ceilings, exposed beams, and stonework, while introducing modern elements like large windows, bespoke joinery, and energy-efficient systems. The open-plan living space maximizes natural light and offers views of the surrounding countryside, creating a bright and functional home.
